At ELZO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at elzowear@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Self-Shipping Returns
Customers are required to ship the product back to our return address at their own expense.
After shipping the product, customers must share the courier tracking number with us for verification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, ELZO will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Used, washed, or damaged products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Orders refused, rejected, or not accepted at the time of delivery may not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
